I had a wonderful stay at this resort that provided a perfect blend of relaxation and activities. The location is beautifully secluded, allowing for a tranquil experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, though the dining options could use some improvement. Overall, it was a great escape, but dining could be more diverse.
We had a great five-night stay at Santa Barbara Resort, enjoying the beautiful beach and the overall atmosphere. While the staff was mostly friendly, I did notice some room for improvement regarding service responsiveness and clarity. The dining options were reasonably good but quite pricey, and the location offered a lovely retreat, albeit a bit remote for exploring nearby areas without a car.
The hotel has a stunning exterior and a nice pool area, but the service left a lot to be desired. The rooms are comfortable, and the beach is beautiful, yet both the dining and housekeeping were disappointing. Overall, it may be worth visiting for the beach, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here due to the high prices and poor service.
We had a lovely stay at the resort, enjoying the beautiful views and spacious rooms. However, we encountered some cleanliness issues in our room, and the dining options were limited with some restaurants unexpectedly closed. The remote location and expensive shuttle service were a downside, but the staff were friendly, making the overall experience enjoyable.
My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. On the plus side, the scenery was beautiful with lovely views, and the staff made genuine efforts to assist. However, the location was quite remote, and the dining options were often closed or overpriced, which was disappointing. Overall, it offers some nice amenities, but there are significant areas for improvement.
